Resource Planning & Modelling Specialist
Description
The insurance market is currently growing at a rapid rate and our client is no exception! With operations nationwide, this opportunity will require you to work with the MI, Planning and Performance manager to optimise scheduling capability and undertake “what-if” analysis, whilst being the workforce management and capacity planning expert for the business. You will also deliver operational transformation and business improvement initiatives and opportunities.

Experience Required
Your knowledge and background will include knowledge of statistical techniques, a good working knowledge of contact centre telephony technology and you should be able to work with Workforce Management Systems - particularly Q-Max.
