Are you looking for a part time role with responsibility, plenty to do and a friendly, professional working environment? If so - this could be the new job you’ve been looking for! We are seeking a competent, professional and well organised secretary to join a thriving actuarial department in a hands-on role covering a range of secretarial and support duties on a part time basis. You will combine your time between booking business travel and itineraries, handling calls and visitors as well as looking after the well being of the office, ordering stationery, typing correspondences and managing diaries.

Experience Required
All applicants applying for this role will need to demonstrate a flexible and personable disposition, good typing skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will also need to have gained previous secretarial experience ideally from another insurance company although a corporate background will be considered.
