Personal Insurance Claims Manager
Description
A major player in the personal insurance market and established for over 150 years, my clients is seeking a well rounded individual to be responsible for the provision of technical guidance and advice to the general insurance operational teams. Your ability and awareness to understand the general insurance claims market is key and to have operational responsibility for ensuring teams work to standards and claim service levels.

Experience Required
An understanding of financial plans including recovery targets and average claim costs is also an important part of the role. You will have held positions at senior claims level previously and ideally be currently working within a management or role of responsibility within any arena of personal lines claims.
