Motor Claims Team Leader
Description
A well established and respected company have recently promoted internally and now seek an experienced Team Leader from the Motor Claims sector to assist the Claims Manager in ensuring the team runs effectively and efficiently and exceeds performance levels through the day to day management of staff. You will hold regular 1 to 1 meetings with team members to ensure motivation and that recovery targets are met.
