Technical Underwriting Team Leader
Description
If you have significant Healthcare/Critical Illness/Income Protection Underwriting and Team Leading/Managerial experience and are looking for a new and challenging opportunity then this role will offer you just that! The role is to lead a growing Underwriting Team - which will include a unit of technical specialists - and ensure that excellent customer service and high levels of technical underwriting performance are achieved. You will conduct regular 1-1 meetings with the team, identify and resolve personal or process issues and build strong relations with key stakeholders which will enable the achievement of business objectives.
