Claims Team Operations Team Leader
Description
Strong leadership skills are required for this market leading role where you will be responsible for the efficient running of a professional and highly successful household claims team. You will be responsible for providing support, guidance and training to members of your team and you will work closely with local claims management units and head office towards your targeted growth. Other duties will include monitoring performance levels, evaluating management information and liaising both internally and externally with underwriters, brokers and suppliers as required.
