Assistant New Business Supervisor
Description
A leading provider of Accident and Health Insurance in the UK are looking for an Assistant Supervisor to manage a team of data entry and administration staff. The core function of this role will be for you to proactively manage staff on a daily basis - mentoring and coaching to ensure their skills and knowledge are up to the required standard - and handle escalated calls to ensure that complex queries and complaints are handled swiftly and effectively. You will also undertake the initial stages of recruitment and deputise for the call centre supervisor where necessary.

Experience Required
Successful applicants will have previous supervisory, data entry and administration experience and will have ideally have worked in insurance or financial services. You will also have previous experience in recruiting staff and possess strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and team build.
