We are seeking a motivated and highly professional individual to oversee the sales for six offices in the Hampshire and Berkshire areas. You will be calculating sales targets and managing performance levels to achieve and exceed where possible. Experience Required
You must have some general commercial insurance experience, hold or have made some progress to your ACII qualification, or, have at least 2 A level passes or equivalent. You must also possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a proven background in sales and in successfully leading, developing and motivating a team.
