Sales Call Centre Manager
Description
The fastest growing insurance organisation in the country has reached the point that they require another Call Centre Manager. This role will be on the Motor side of the business which is growing at a phenomenal rate. Your primary function will be to deliver and exceed sales & service targets, develop the Team Managers through the company training, competency and performance management processes and ensure that all other staff are properly trained (you will have responsibility for up to 10 Team Managers and 100 Sales staff).

To apply for this role you should have excellent experience of managing a SALES call centre - any experience of the insurance industry will be beneficial but not essential.
