Call Centre Team Leader
Description
A leading global insurer is looking for a Customer Centre Team Leader for their Animal Health division based in Middlesex. You will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing your team to achieve set individual team and departmental targets. You will also help maintain team spirit through ad-hoc team competitions and regular team meetings and support the team with dealing with technical and customer queries and dealing with customer complaints and escalated calls.

To £18,500 plus incentives OTE £21,000

Experience Required
You will have previous call centre supervisory and customer service experience and be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
